Amuseables Star Cookie is sweet, crisp, and impeccably polite. An official Good Manners Coach, she specialises in firm yet gentle handshakes, thank-you notes, and the delicate art of not double-dipping. (You’d be surprised how many Jellies need reminding!) Her frosting may sparkle, but she’s no pushover. With a polite ahem and a perfectly arched sprinkle, she’s even got Amuseables Peanut to start using coasters. Well-spoken, well-mannered and well-liked by all, she’ll help you master your Ps and Qs.
After a vigorous day hitting the slopes, Amuseables Sports Ski Goggles loves nothing better than to unwind with Amuseables Peanut ‘Après Ski’. Hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms – the hotter, the better. Of course, with all that steam he can’t see a thing. (He only knows Peanut’s still there because he’s still talking) But the best part? Getting out and diving (headfirst) into the snow.
Mmmm. Oooo. Ahhh. Don’t mind her, Amuseables Snowflake is simply warming up. A sparkling songstress with a flair for theatrics, she adores a duet with her BFF, Amuseables Mic. Expect show-stopping performances, the occasional snowstorm, and applause on ice. Think you’d harmonize well with Snowflake?
Not a natural skier, Amuseables Snow Globe prefers to people-watch on the peaks while sipping an eggnog (shaken, not stirred). He’s witnessed it all. Newbie snowboarders fumbling onto (or off) a ski lift. A group of skiers doing the conga. Amuseables Peanut ‘Après Ski’, flying down the black run on an ironing board (in its upright position). Several friends have offered him skiing lessons: wouldn't he rather be enjoying the slopes with everyone else? Not at all. He’d rather create his own weather.
Amuseables Silver Star is something of a climbing aficionado. Having collected an impressive array of harnesses, ropes, helmet, gloves (and dozens of spare carabiners), she’s ready to give any vertical ascent a go – be it mountain, cliff or waterfall. Her favorite feature to scale? A 200-foot Douglas fir. It might take her a while to reach the summit, but once she’s there, she’s quite content to get out a blanket and her flask of tea (ginger and cranberry) and sit there earth-gazing for hours.
Amuseables Peanut ‘Après Ski’ skis like he was born on the slopes. (He wasn’t, of course. He was born in a shell, in fairly flat terrain – but we don’t talk about that.) Whether carving through powder or giving impromptu lessons to Ricky Rain Frog (who’s mainly here for the fondue), he’s utterly in his element. But the real event? You’ll find him holding court on the terrace – regaling Bartholomew Bear and Bashful Bunny with tales of double black diamonds and near-miss snowploughs. Modest? Not exactly. But with moves like his, who could blame him?
